Executive Director & Founder

My name is Russell Nobles, and I’m the Founder and President of Forged With Purpose. Since I was 18, I’ve lived my life serving others. I’ve worn different uniforms—first as a correctional officer, then a police officer, later working in EMS on an ambulance and in the ER, and now serving as an Operations Manager for an EMS company. Through all of it, one thing has stayed the same: people are broken and hurting, and they need someone willing to show up.

I’m a husband to my wife, Savannah, and a father to our daughter, Ivy. They are my biggest blessings and the reason I fight every day to be the man God has called me to be. I don’t always get it right, but they remind me what matters most.

My faith keeps me grounded. At Northside Christian Church, I serve on the Eyes & Ears Team, protecting and supporting my church family. But faith isn’t just what I do on Sunday—it’s what keeps me going when life gets heavy.

Forged With Purpose was born out of a burden God placed on my heart. Over the years, I witnessed too many men—men like me— struggling, trapped in cycles of addiction, burdened with shame, and uncertain of their place as leaders in their homes, churches, and communities. I knew God was calling me to step forward—not only to lead my own family well, but also to help other men rise up and step into their God-given roles.

Forged With Purpose is about real men, fighting real battles, finding real freedom in Christ. It’s about being forged—not broken—by the fire. It’s about becoming the leaders our families need, the brothers our churches need, and the men our communities need.

Founding Member 

Senior Pastor, Turon Community Church

Jason is joining Forged With Purpose as one of its founding members, bringing a deep passion for men’s ministry and a strong desire to help men live out their faith with courage, integrity, and purpose. He believes that men are called to lead—first in their homes, then in their churches and communities—and his heart is to see men walk boldly in the calling God has placed on their lives. Through Forged With Purpose, Jason hopes to help build a brotherhood of men who are refined by faith, strengthened through accountability, and empowered to live lives that honor Christ.

Beginning in January 2026, Jason will step into his new role as Senior Pastor of Turon Community Church in Turon, Kansas. A 2024 graduate of Sterling College with a degree in Business Ministry, Jason’s path has been marked by obedience, growth, and a clear sense of God’s direction. His years of ministry experience have given him both practical wisdom and a deep love for discipleship—helping others take the next step in their walk with Christ.

Over the years, Jason has served faithfully in a variety of roles, including Youth Pastor, several ministry internships, and most recently as a Resident at Northside Christian Church in Spring, Texas. Each season of service has strengthened his faith and sharpened his heart for people. He’s known for his relational approach to ministry—walking alongside others, listening deeply, and pointing them toward God’s truth. At the core of Jason’s calling is a desire to see lives transformed by Christ. Whether preaching from the pulpit, mentoring young men, or simply sharing life with others, his mission remains the same: to help people know God more deeply and serve Him faithfully in every area of life.
