Why Mentorship?

Every man needs someone who has walked the road before him. Life is full of decisions, struggles, and crossroads where we can’t see clearly on our own. Mentorship gives us wisdom, perspective, and encouragement from men who have faced the same battles and stayed faithful to Christ.

At Forged With Purpose, mentorship isn’t about lectures or judgment—it’s about walking side by side. Our mentors share their experiences, listen to your struggles, and point you toward God’s truth. Whether you’re wrestling with family challenges, spiritual growth, or personal strongholds, you don’t have to face it alone.

What To Expect
-One-on-one mentorship with a trusted leader who listens and guides
-Practical wisdom rooted in Scripture and real-life experience
-Accountability to help you stay on the path God has called you to walk
-Encouragement to pursue growth, even when it feels hard
-Prayer covering from someone who will stand with you in faith

Program Options:

Foundations Mentorship
-Focus: Strengthening personal walk with Christ
-Format: Weekly 1-hour sessions (in-person or virtual)
-Duration: 8 weeks

Family & Leadership Mentorship
-Focus: Leading at home, in marriage, parenting, and work
-Format: Bi-weekly 90-minute sessions
-Duration: 12 weeks

Accountability Partnership
-Focus: Walking with a mentor for ongoing accountability and growth
-Format: Flexible, ongoing relationship
-Duration: Open-ended
